With a B.A. in Tourism and Travel Management and 26 years of living in Ooty, he brings an educational foundation and a personal connection to the destination.
His goal is to help travellers find suitable accommodation, plan sightseeing trips, discover scenic viewpoints and arrange transportation according to their travel preferences and budget.

Our story
My Story — A Life Connected to Ooty
Ooty is more than a tourist destination to me. It is my native place and the home I have known for 26 years.
My connection to Ooty has given me a strong personal interest in its beautiful mountain landscapes, tea plantations, scenic viewpoints and the unique experiences the Nilgiris offer to visitors.
With a B.A. in Tourism and Travel Management, I developed an academic foundation in tourism and travel. I wanted to bring that knowledge together with my familiarity with Ooty to help travellers plan their holidays more conveniently.
That vision inspired me to build The Ooty.
Through The Ooty, I aim to help couples, families, friends and groups explore destinations such as Ooty, Coonoor, Pykara, Mudumalai and Avalanche. From finding budget-friendly rooms and private villas to arranging sightseeing vehicles and special honeymoon experiences, our goal is to make trip planning easier for every traveller.
